Our experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and consolidated knowledge in GMP/FDA allows us to handle pharmaceutical engineering projects with the focus on biotechnology, R&D, microbiology and production of pharmaceutical goods.

During the first step we offer you to conduct a preliminary study (feasibility study) and a definition of the requirements of the conceptual engineering project, always focused on your needs. Things to have in mind are: distribution of space, personnel flows, material flow, packaging, handling of the finished product, waste, utilities needed (HVAC, air handling etc.)

The next phase - the basic engineering design is generally associated with an economic and financial feasibility study. In close cooperation we define details of the design including field studies. Furthermore, details on the unit costs of the materials and of the different construction phases are provided. This brings a project cost estimation closer to reality.

The DEAXO team is supporting you during these phases and all following phases: detailed design, execution and hook-up as well as the qualification.
